Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident in every purchase from Satpal Industries. This policy explains how orders may be cancelled, and when and how items may be returned, replaced or refunded.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order number; we will confirm the cancellation and refund any amount already paid.
- Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described below.
- Custom-built, made-to-order or specially procured items cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
- Custom-made, cut-to-size, electrical and consumable items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or repair, or issue a refund where a replacement is not available.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Freight and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please pack items securely to avoid transit damage.
