2. Quotations, Orders & Pricing
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without prior notice due to market or supplier conditions.
- A quotation is an estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until the order is confirmed by us.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities, at our discretion.
- Applicable taxes (including GST) and freight charges are added as shown at checkout or on the invoice.
3. Payment
Payment must be completed through the methods offered at checkout, or as agreed in writing for credit and bulk orders. Goods remain the property of Satpal Industries until payment is received in full.
4. Delivery
We arrange delivery across India through reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location, availability and transport conditions. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims are handled as per the respective manufacturer terms. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation or normal wear and tear.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
